If you want to make changes in your life or work in a way that feels doable, manageable, and paced around everything you already have on your plate, this program is designed to support you through that process.

Using my Make Change Doable process and practical strategies, I work with you to create a step-by-step approach that’s tailored to your situation and what you want to make happen, so progress feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

By the end of our three months together, you will have clarity on exactly how to achieve the results you want and a clear plan to make it happen.  

Whether you want to create a different way to live and work, design the next chapter for your life, career or business, or navigate a transition of some kind, this program helps you put a solid plan in place so you can make the changes you want and achieve what matters most to you. It is designed to help you set yourself up to succeed. 

 

A structured approach to making change happen in a way that feels manageable.

 

We start by identifying the things that could hold you back or get in the way of making progress. We form a plan to address those things, so you have a clear path ahead.  

From there, we focus on mapping out in detail what you actually want to make happen, what you want to achieve, and how to know that you are making the right choices and decisions. Together, we create a step-by-step plan to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. The focus is on implementing it at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
 
As you put your plans into action, we shift our focus to how to stay on track consistently as you move forward, adjust when things don’t go to plan, and build progress without burning yourself out.

We also take time to focus on the human side of change — the habits, behaviours, and emotional responses that influence your progress and results, so you are setting yourself up to handle changes now and in the future with confidence and resilience. 

 

What's included

 

Our three months together include the following: 

  • My Make Change Doable process — this is the exact process I’ve developed and used to navigate each new chapter of my own life and work over the last twenty years, and taught to private clients over the same period. It’s a practical, reusable approach you can continue to use long after our three months together to make future changes in your life or work.

  • Pre-program preparation — you’ll complete an assessment and questionnaire designed to clarify your current situation and what you want to get out of our work together. We then use this in a 30-minute pre-program session to agree priorities and create the agenda for our first strategy session.

  • A two-hour deep-dive strategy session — held in the first week of the program. Using the preparation work as our starting point, we apply the Make Change Doable process to clarify the next chapter you’re working towards and put an initial plan in place that you can start implementing straight away.

  • A progress review and next-steps planning session — held two weeks after the strategy session to review how progress is evolving, work through anything that’s come up, and refine the plan as needed.

  • Ongoing private sessions — we meet in the first and third week of each month to review progress, work through challenges, explore options, adjust plans where needed, and agree clear actions to focus on before the next session. The emphasis is on keeping progress moving at a pace that feels manageable.

  • Support between sessions, if you need it.

  • Clear session notes capturing key points, decisions, priorities, and agreed next steps, so you always have something practical to work from as you continue putting your plans into action.

  • Resources, assignments, and worksheets, when appropriate, to support your thinking and implementation.

     

How we work together

 

We work together virtually using Zoom, with session dates agreed in advance so the program can fit around your life and schedule, wherever you’re based. 

The way we work is designed to give you space to think things through, take action, implement change with support, and make steady, consistent progress throughout our three months together.

 

Who this works best for

 

This program works best if you’re ready to create real change in your life or work and are able to set aside time to implement the framework, work on the plans we create in each session, and take action consistently between sessions.

The value of this work comes from what you do between our sessions. The more you’re able to engage with the process and apply what we’re working on, the more you’ll get from our time together and from the investment you’re making in yourself and what matters to you.

This program works best if you can create some space alongside day-to-day life to focus on implementing the work over the three months. If now isn’t the right time to do that, it may be better to wait until it is.
